Founder’s Story
KAG was founded by Kathleen A. Gevertz, who brings together deep on-site construction experience and disciplined project management. We advocate for our clients at every stage, managing budgets, schedules, and field conditions, coordinating with architects, engineers, and designers, and navigating San Francisco permitting to keep projects organized and moving forward smoothly.
Our work includes substantial interior renovations, building-code upgrades and compliance, and the resolution of Notices of Violation and construction defects. We are often brought in to guide projects through challenging conditions, align a team around a clear path forward, and see the work through to completion with integrity and professionalism.
